Responsibilities
Manage sales to achieve the target. Maintain existing customers and find a new customer.
Customer relationship: build a strong relationship with customers, advice, and liaison with useful knowledge including solving problems, visiting, and after-sale service.
Handle customer inquiries in a professional manner and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients
Follow up with customers on requirements and satisfaction, sales orders, and coordinate with operation teams for sale support, and customer satisfaction.
Monitoring business trends.
Education/research new technology or applications from OMYA group and apply them to our products for valuable customers
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Chemist, Polymer, Science, Animal Science or related fields.
Technical Sales (Water Treatment): Experience in Water treatment/Environment solution industry at least 3 years.
Distribution business experience is preferred.
Excellent interpersonal and communication and negotiation skills.
Good command of both written and spoken Thai and English.
Own vehicle and driving license.
Requirement skill: Negotiation, Problem-solving, Customer-oriented, proactive, self-initiated, and a good team player.
